RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation): European regulation designed to protect the personal data of EU citizens. It strictly regulates the collection, processing and storage of data, imposing in particular the collection of explicit consent and transparency on purposes.
In the CRO context, this has a direct impact onA/B testing practices: a test involving the tracking of user behavior (e.g. via cookies or performance measurement scripts) can only be triggered once consent has been obtained.
