It applies to Welyft in its capacity as data controller of the welyft.com website and the processing operations arising therefrom. It does not apply to processing carried out by Welyft as a subcontractor. This Policy may be updated at any time. Updates will take effect as soon as they are published on welyft.com.

What data do we collect?

For what purposes do we collect data? 


‍Dataare processed for the following purposes: management of commercial relations and commercial prospecting;management of recruitment;operation of the website, audience analysis and advertising (cookies). For the processing of data, Welyft relies on its legitimate interests, which are the management and acquisition of customers, the recruitment of employees and the proper functioning of its website. In the case of cookies that are not essential to the operation of the website, Welyft relies on the consent of Internet users, obtained through the banner displayed on the website.

How long do we keep data? 


‍Welyftundertakes to process your data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed or to comply with its legal obligations. Customer data is only processed for the duration of the contractual relationship. It is then archived for 5 years for litigation purposes, with the exception of invoices, which are archived for 10 years. Data relating to prospective customers is kept for 3 years from the last exchange. Data relating to hired candidates is kept during the employment relationship and then archived for 5 years. Data relating to non-hired candidates is kept for the duration of the recruitment process, and is then deleted or kept for 2 years upon acceptance by the candidates. Cookie data is kept for a maximum of 25 months.

What are your rights and how can you exercise them? 


‍Asa data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition by contacting Welyft at hello@welyft.com. You may also withdraw your consent at any time to the collection of data via cookies and tracers present on our site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the Cnil.

Who receives the data collected? 


‍Onlypersons authorized by Welyft may access data and only within the scope of the tasks entrusted to them. Thus, the only potential recipients of data are Welyft employees and subcontractors. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless we are obliged to do so by legal provisions or requests from public authorities.

Is data transferred outside the European Union?


‍Welyftpays particular attention to the location of your data and makes every effort to ensure that it is processed in France and within the European Union. However, data may be processed by Welyft's service providers outside the European Union, in particular to meet technical or specific requirements. In such cases, Welyft first ensures that its service providers have an adequate level of security and compliance. Welyft also ensures that it has a RGPD-compliant transfer tool such as the standard contractual clauses adopted on June 4, 2021 by the European Commission, available on request.
