GCP (Google Cloud Platform): a suite of cloud services offered by Google, covering computation, storage, data analysis and machine learning. As part of a CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) approach, GCP - and in particular BigQuery - enables large volumes of behavioral data to be analyzed in a non-sampled way, offering a fine, reliable reading of user performance.
This ability to rapidly cross-reference raw data from tools such as Google Analytics 4 with CRM or transactional data enables us to identify precise optimization opportunities, measure the incremental value of A/B tests, and pilot advanced personalization strategies on a large scale.
